Fixed working hours are an absolute must for me. I have several hobbies and a small family. In order to juggle everything, it's crucial for me to be in the office at sharp 8 and to leave sharp at 1. This isn't a problem at Passauer Wolf, on the contrary, they even ensure I don't do too many hours of overtime. Of course, there are days when I stay longer or arrive earlier, yet overall, I've formed a very balanced routine. This way I can perfectly harmonise my personal and professional life, without feeling like one is being neglected.

I can't imagine a more rewarding profession than care work. Yet, my job is challenging, both physically and emotionally.
