Fixed working hours are an absolute must for me. I have several hobbies and a small family. In order to get everything under one roof, it is important to me that I am in the office at 8 sharp and go home at 13 sharp. This isn't a problem at Passauer Wolf; on the contrary, they even make sure that I don't work too much overtime. Of course there are days when I stay longer or arrive earlier, but overall I have developed a very balanced routine.
