Fixed working hours are an absolute must for me. I have several hobbies and a small family. In order to manage everything, it's important for me to be at the office on the dot of 8 and go home again at precisely 1 o'clock. At the Passau Wolf, this is no problem, on the contrary, they even ensure that I don't work too many overtime hours. Of course, there are days when I stay longer or come in earlier, but overall, I've developed a very balanced routine. This way, I can perfectly harmonise my private life and my professional life, without having the feeling that one or the other is being neglected.
